With over 15 years of experience across Germany, Turkey, and Belgium, he has developed a strong visual storytelling style and a unique perspective. In 2025, Karagöz won a Gold Lion at Cannes and received the Special Jury Prize for Best Commercial Director at the Kristal Elma Awards, adding to a career tally of more than 130 awards. He was named among MediaCat’s “Top 50 Creatives” in 2022.

Earlier in his career, he was recognized as “Art Director of the Year” by Dream Team in 2018 and twice named “Designer of the Year” by GMK in 2014 and 2015. For the past seven years, Karagöz has been based in Hamburg, bringing a global perspective to his projects. He doesn’t just tell stories, he aims to create experiences that audiences can truly feel.
